uht full cream milk

Hi all.. pregnant can drink full cream uht milk? I can't take the maternity milk..any other fresh milk we can take?

You can drink any pasteurised milk off the shelves at supermarkets. Like Meiji, Marigold, etc. HL also can buy it’s not 100% fresh milk, it has milk solids. I can’t take maternity milk too, felt like puking all out. And I don’t drink milk even before I was pregnant. So I substitute with cereal breakfast with milk every morning. Hahaha boleh lah.. 🤭
