How did you know you were pregnant before taking a test?

No idea was pregnant, because was diagnosed with PCOS and having the thoughts of irregular periods. Decided to try test kit and twice came out positive, visited gynae and I’m at my 9th weeks. ❤️

I planned for the pregnancy with ovulation kit, so my chances were good hence, I tested before even missing my period.
