I think my husband tried to empathise but I don’t think it was easy for him too!
I have to admit it would be difficult if I’m not the one experiencing the physical changes 🤭

mine sometimes switch off. but I cannot help but I need to tell him how I am feeling because in the first trimester I felt nausea and vomited a lot and afterwards I am hungry again.
Yes, if I tell him explicitly what I want or how he can help, or if I just need a listening ear to grumble/whine at.
