16 weeks na ko today and lately nawawalan talaga ako ng gana kumain. 😓 Nahihirapan akong lunukin ang pagkain di ko alam feeling ko kasi isusuka ko lng kung dadamihan ko.
Nope I just eat or drink want I want.. Just try to cut down. don't over eat or drink thing that is unhealthy.. Just limit will do
Fresh fruit juice. I tend to drink more than 2 cups if my colleague didn't stop me.
Iced tea!!! Ewan ko ba, sarap na sarap ako sa iced ngayong nagbubuntis ako. Hahaha
