that's 1 month pa lang. your body is healing. give yourself time. pilitin mo mahalin ang sarili mo so it will reflect sa outer appearance mo. do what makes you feel better. ako din when i gave birth i hated looking at the mirror. ang itim ng tyan ko tapos may cs scar pa. i just focused on pagpapagaling but then i also made sure to put sunflower oil sa tummy to remove the black marks dahil sa pagkakastretch ng tummy during pregnancy. then i always wore my binder until 8 mos after giving birth just because i want to make sure na maliit agad ang belly ko. this was what made me feel confident eh so i made sure to take care of myself like that. remember na kahit may mga anak na tayo do not forget to treat yourself right. kailangan puno ka ng pagmamahal sa sarili mo so you will pass complete love sa pamilya mo.
