Hi. Is it possible to have miscarriage without all the signs such as bleeding, cramps,etc? Im anxious now. I have my first check up tomorrow and i’m on my 6th week. I had a spotting a few days ago, which is light colored and only a few droplets. But cramps are always there like everyday. The cramps are not painful and only momentarily but it never goes away. My breast are still tender and my body sore including back pain. So im quite panicking inside and I overthink. I know only the doctor tomorrow can confirm but i need your advice too. To at least relieve this overthinking.
