Isa po yan sa requirement na hihingin ng simbahan. No marriage contract, baka pwede pa pero not without the child's birth certificate, unless na emergency case. Assuming we're talking of the Catholic church here, I'm not sure sa iba ☺️ Pwede naman po kahit na yung copy na galing lang sa Local Civil Registrar ☺️
