Implantation or hormonal imbalance

Hi po,naway mapanain po itong post ko,nakakalito po Kasi 7dpo until 13 dpo nakaron po ako ng spotting then heavy na nung 14 dpo until 19 dpo po,negative naman po sa pt then after 4 days naisipan ko magtry ng pt faint line po.
