hello po, sumasakit po kasi yung lalamunan ko and parang sisipunin at uubuhin po ako. ano po pwedi gamitin sa sore throat? safe po ba ang bactidol sa buntis? or may mga home remedies po ba na pwedi gawin? thank you po

home remedies: gargle with warm water and salt. drink warm water with honey. kapag may sipon at ubo, steam inhalation, 3x a day. consult OB for proper medication.
