hello po nagbabawas po ako sa matamis 6 months preggy po akoooooooo pwede po ba tong dark chocolate no added sugar & peanut butter spread no added sugar?tas pandesal?para di nako magkakanin pag gabi

Hehehehe okay lang po ung choco and peanut butter na sugar free, but ung pandesal is carbs so kahit po hindi mag rice same lang po kasi may sugar rin po ginawa ang pandesal. You can eat overnight oats if you like po or wheat bread or red rice po
