Caltrate Advance 2x a day

Hello po mommies!! Tanong ko lang po if pano nyo tintake ung calcium 2x a day, ano po interval? Currently taking, hemarate FA - 30mins before breakfast, Obimin after lunch, tapos Calcium po after dinner. If gagawin pong 2x ang calcium when ko po kaya best time to take? Thank you!
