after giving birth, pedia taught me the proper breastfeeding/deep latching of baby, proper position of baby while holding. so if hindi ka tinuruan, ikaw na mag-initiate magtanong. you can also ask him/her about breastfeeding tips.
if not deep latching si baby, magkakasugat ang nipples.
if ever, i will have difficulty expressing milk, i brought malunggay supplements and pump in the hospital. it took me 2 days before lumabas ang milk. unlilatch ni baby is the key. sia lang magpapalabas ng milk.
please note, hindi parepareho ang mga mommies. may mabilis maglabas ng milk kahit walang galactagogue supplement.
more water/fluids. sa hospital, i drank water every hour using small plastic cup.
unlilatch ni baby to boost milk.
pwedeng magpump while not breastfeeding then properly store, again to boost milk.
