hi Mi For eight hours before the test, you won't be able to eat or drink anything. You might want to fast overnight and schedule the test for early the following morning.
8-12 hrs fasting, no food/water.. You can opt to not eating anything na at 12midnight tapos punta ka na sa lab ng 8am. 🙂
