Is it safe to comsume Birch Tree Milk Powder?

Hello po I just wanna ask if is it okay to consume birch tree milk 9weeks preggy po. But I do use Anmum Choco once a day. Ung birch tree is ung na halo lang po sa avocado pang himagas. Hope that you can help me. Thank you😇 #firsttimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstmom

same po tayo.every morning po birch tree din iniinom ko then sa gabi yung anmum..pricey kasi ang anmum kaya ganun gngwa ko.wala nmn po siguro masama ksi gnawa ko n un simula palang nalaman ko buntis ako.
