Hello po, FTM. Based sa ultrasound ko po may contractions po ako at 16 weeks sabi ni OB normal daw po yun. Since then po may paghihilab at paninigas po akong nafifeel bandang puson. May similar experience po ba dito? Pa help naman po.
According po on my some readings that is the first uterine contraction called Alvarez waves, uterus are slowly preparing for the birth ,but I felt it in my 18 weeks 😊
