Pregnant or not?

Hi po. Based sa calendar app ko 2 days na po akong delayed and nirecommend din ng app to take pregnancy test. Took PT and the result is negative. It is very unusual po na delayed ang menstruation ko and may konting morning sickness din po akong nararamdaman all throughout the day plus feeling ko bloated ako. Is it too early to take PT or accurate na po kaya gaya nung sabi sa app? Thank you sa mga sasagot po.
