Youve got to do squat, walking, etc to help you. Last option would then be induce. If your cervix already open and baby's engaged then perhaps that can help fasten labour. Otherwise like me, despite 3cm dilate and waterbag still full, no sign of birth for 1 week neither waterbag break. Induce was my last option. Having said that, I also did membrane swab prior but it doesn't help either.
