The best are unprocessed foods with no salt and/ or sugar. Fruits and veggies are good starters. Mahirap po talaga magpakain na bata kaya more than anything, maraming tiyaga at pasensya ang kailangan. Keep on offering lang po... walang pilitan at huwag sukuan. If ayaw this time, offer again some other time.
