27 weeks. Has anyone experience severe back pain from waist down? 😖😖

I've been having constant but bearable backache since mid of 2nd tri onwards. there was once I had backache that was exceptionally bad I could only lie in bed in misery can't move. rested a lot that day and next day I was better but back to the usual backache. told myself if next day still the same I was gonna head to the doc.
