Hi there, totally understand your concerns and they are valid but think rationally. You said you are the only caretaker and god forbid if somehow you catch this infection then? Isn't that too big a risk? At least vaccine will lower that risk to huge extent.
For feeding, you can plan in advance, pump and keep for the number of days you won't be able to feed or try formula. Lot of moms have done that. You can continue breastfeeding after it's given green flag.
About the side effects, take help from some family or friends. In most cases, a pain killer has been helpful with 1st dose. 2nd dose is bit more strong and might take longer but not more than 24-36 hours. You might need help there. Done with both doses so I can share 1st person experience.
So my suggestion is, think carefully and then decide. Coz ultimately it's for the safety of you and your LO. I'm sure you didn't skip your baby's vaccinations so think of it as a jab you're taking on behalf of your baby... unfortunately, we're stuck in this pandemic but stay strong and take care :)
