Pale yellow leak

#pleasehelp #advicepls #FTM Week 18. Been having this pale yellow leaking on my panties. It's odourless at first but it turn to odour if I didn't change my panties for a few hrs when I am outside. I tried to put pad. But not sure if this is something I need to be concern?

This is just normal discharge. I always get this, and discharge will increase as your pregnancy progress. Suggest you to wear pantyliner always and change every few hours
