I am currently having fever for 2 days... should I be admitted to hopsital?

Most importantly, how are you feeling? Are you able to get sufficient fluids and food? If you're feeling very poorly, and unable to keep fluids down and is getting severely dehydrated you can go hospital for iv drips. If not you can consider visiting a GP (or your gynae) to get pregnancy safe meds for your symptoms....
