Yes as a reward because your child probably has priorities too (homework to complete, things to do with friends, their free time to rest, all these opportunity cost) but they are still willing to put it aside and do it for the younger sibling. People shouldn’t take their act of service as a given just because they’re family.

no, i wouldn’t want to motivate my child through monetary terms. perhaps reward with a snack or a meal out :)
We try to reward the elder one in some way but not money wise, it is always Wi-Fi wise now a days 😂
Older sibling should not to be obliged to tutor the sibling, but he or she can do so as a way to help.
Not as a fees to teach the sibling but as a goodwill and reward for helping younger brother or sister
It’s a way to bond with their Sibling, teach them to communicate better too
no as it puts stress on my child when his siblings don't perform well
