Exclusive nan formula milk

Hi, any parents noticed that their LO's pee (strong pee smell) and poop (super stinky, watery and yellowish) from drinking exclusive formula milk? My LO is drinking Nan and she is 3 months old

Hi Carine, my second used to be on HA Nan and so was my first for a while and never really noticed it. Is this happening only recently?

To be honest, I feel that when there’s a switch from BM to formula (any brand), pee and poo of baby will naturally have a stronger smell due to the difference in contents and digestibility. Just look out for constipation.
