Health goals for 2022
The pandemic has taught us a lot of things. I am happy that despite of the situation I am blessed because my family is healthy. Nothing is more important these days than to prioritize our health. My family got vaccinated. I am waiting for Madi to receive her vaccine. For year 2022 my Health goals are: ๐ชI will drink plenty of water ๐ช Get enough sleep ๐ช Eat healthy ๐ช Be physically active ๐ช Disconnect to people who cause me stress and pain because my emotional and mental health is also important.
