Health goals for 2022

The pandemic has taught us a lot of things. I am happy that despite of the situation I am blessed because my family is healthy. Nothing is more important these days than to prioritize our health. My family got vaccinated. I am waiting for Madi to receive her vaccine. For year 2022 my Health goals are: ๐Ÿ’ชI will drink plenty of water ๐Ÿ’ช Get enough sleep ๐Ÿ’ช Eat healthy ๐Ÿ’ช Be physically active ๐Ÿ’ช Disconnect to people who cause me stress and pain because my emotional and mental health is also important. May we all have a healthy year ahead of us. And I hope you will get vaccinated or get your booster shot.
