yes po. remember you are breastfeeding, what you are having sa katawan mo, vitamins, minerals, binibigay mo yan sa baby mo thru breastfeeding. so ikaw ang nauubusan. kaya nga recommended na pag nagpapasuso, eat healthy, and take supplements plus rest well as much as you can. bteastfeeding is hardwork. daig pa nyan ang nagtatrabaho sa office ng 8hrs.

multivitamins+minerals, sodium ascorbate+zinc (vit. c), ferrous+folic, pwede po yan inumin even after mo po manganak or kahit walang sakit pwede po..
