my baby is turning 7 months old this month at maganda na tulog nya sa gabi . Sanayin nyo po c baby mii like magsched po kayo kung kelan sya oras matulog, e feed ,maglaro then always observe ang mga cues ni baby para di ka mahirapan sa gabi. (share ko lang yung sakin) sa Morning gising na sya ng 6 am pero pinakamaaga nya gising 5 am then ang feeding namin is pagkatapos maligo nya diko sya bibigyan ng pagkaen kapag di pa sya naligo and then mga 10 am nap(1)nya.Ng naging toddler sya 15-30 mins nalang ang nap nya the other is awake sya yun ay playtime nya then 12 or 1 pm lunch nya na after that matutulog sya for her nap(2) then feed ulit 5 pm then sometimes magnap(3) sya pero 15 mins lang then 6 pm bedbath nya na and last feed para matulog na sya by 7 or 8 pm. deritcho tulog nya gigising lang sya kapag gusto nya magdede sakin usually 2 am . then breakfast feed nya 5 am pagising nya . . 3-4 hours interval feeding namin sa araw pero sa gabi bihira nalang sya magfeed kase tulog talaga sya .. nap nya naman 2 or 3 times .sa milk naman sa sakin sya nadede unli lacth(mixfeed kase ako) sa morning botte feed naman(formula) 4-5 oz.

May activity during waking window, hindi pinapagod ang baby. For me, follow namin always ang 1hr-2hrs nap at 2-3 times in a day gap, tapos 2hrs na waking window (my baby is already 6 months so far ito talaga nagwork sa amin). Know your baby cues if sleepy na like scratching sa face, ears and hair pulling, sleepy eyes or fussy. Ideally kapag hindi pa talaga toddler usually may 2-3 times na nap yung baby in a day. Tapos as the baby getting older increase ang waking window. Iwas screen time before matulog or no screentime at all. More of playtime and outdoor exploration. At higit sa lahat consistency
