Feeling uncomfortable

Only 12 weeks but can’t tell the difference between being fatter and a growing baby. But it’s getting quite uncomfortable especially during the midday. I feel that my skin and fats are now being trapped higher below my chest instead of being at the waist/hips 😅and it is making sitting / working quite uncomfortable. Any method of relief or shared experience?

I think it’s the bloat that’s making you feel uncomfortable. Haha. As you move along your pregnancy journey it may be worse after meals. Maybe try to eat smaller meals and have small snacks in between if you’re hungry instead of a full meal?

do more stretches and move around more often. week 12 is still quite early, it’ll get harder and feel more physically arduous as your pregnancy progresses. good to practise more stretching now
