Need ng maraming sleep momsh. Pati minsan di mo rin mapipigilan actually kapag inantok ka hehe. Basta rest po mumsh pag nakaramdam ng antok o pagod sa work. Kung mapupuyat ka man, make sure na mabawi mo rin at enough pa rin yung sleep mo (at least 8 hours).
