NSD or CS - Heart Conflicts

My OB told me na CS ang best delivery option sa case ko. May findings sa ECG ko which means according to my OB na mayroon na part of the heart that is not functioning well. She did not recommend me to have a Cardio check up because (1) hindi daw ako i-treat because I am pregnant (2) I can go with Cardio after 6 months delivery. May I know what's your suggestion po kaya dito? I talked to my husband and parents, and they wanted a second opinion from a Cardiologist since this is the heart we are talking. Thank you!
