is it normal to wheeze at night? i even met the doctor and she just said my belly is growing .. hence it makes me hard to breathe.. i even adjusted my pillows and position it is just hard for me to sleep. help!
Hey mama, I found that sleeping on my left helped :)
You could try paying more attention to your posture during the day and deep breathing techniques when you get the chance to (e.g. belly breathing) and taking it easy.
Also, learning to relax is a great way to get those deep breaths in - also helps prepare you for birth :)
