Super Mum

Hey mama, I found that sleeping on my left helped :) You could try paying more attention to your posture during the day and deep breathing techniques when you get the chance to (e.g. belly breathing) and taking it easy. Also, learning to relax is a great way to get those deep breaths in - also helps prepare you for birth :) Found this neat article which kinda echoes what I mentioned: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322316#how-to-cope Hope this helps :)
