30 weeks day 2

is it normal to be pooping a lot at this stage? i woke up in the morning to pee but as i was washing, i noticed poop leaking out and i suddenly had to poop. and less than 2 hours later, i had to poop again. is this something to be concerned about? and i realised that lately after pooping, my hands would be trembling.
