Fatigue in early pregnancy

Is it normal to feel very sleepy and tired as if you can fall asleep once you shut your eye any time of the day in first trimester? I'm feeling so sluggish every day and feel like I could sleep for hours. I sleep 8-9 hours a day usually even before pregnancy. Any tips to cope with this especially having to go to work with no WFH option?

most of my work colleagues knew that I was pregnant and even the boss allowed me to take mc or unpaid leave if needed. but they also advised me to rest and sleep if needed in a room . I would say to get your work understanding on this
