Forehead very dry

My newborn seems to be having very dry skin/peeling on its forehead and in between eyes, should i leave it or put on moisturizer? What cream should i use? He’s a month old I have mustela face cream, should i use it ?

Hey, mustela has foam shampoo for cradle cap. Don’t attempt to put any moisturizer on the scalp. Use goat wool hairbrush to “comb” his hair after shower and repeat this. Takes about 1 month or so to get better
