Newborn acne?

My newborn had a sudden bout of acne that is red, dry and “inflamed”on his face since week 2 of birth and it’s been almost a month but it’s still there and is not getting any better. Is this normal and what should I do :(#advice #worried #1sttimemom

I also had the same issue with my newborn but its much better now... i clean with water after every feed and once in the morning & afternoon with mustela cleansing water (red bottle for sensitive skin).

I use Mustela cicastela in the morning and night - it's super helpful and cleared most of my son's acne in about 2 weeks. Now reaching 3rd month soon and completely clear

Yup newborn will get baby acne which usually go away when they grow older i didnt really apply anything just constantly clean face with cooled down boil water

My mummy friends recommend the vivaiodays all purpose olive oil, the original one 😊
