Baby monitoring app

My newborn is coming out this sat.. was wondering if you have any app to recommend to track feeding , diaper changing etc?.. thanks

I use Rainbow baby journal but didn't track very closely, I think there's no need to stress about noting down every detail. This app can track baby's milestones later on too!
