What essential needs to prepare for newborn

First few days - Alcohol wipes to clean around umbilical cord till it falls. - Handkerchief (for burping/shower wipe down) - Baby wipes (Hoppi/Bebeen/Einmilk) - Shower foam / lotion (I use cetaphil baby) - Detergent (Kodomo newborn blue) - Softener (Kodomo pink, optional) - Waterproof changing mat (Babylove, optional) - Bottles (1-2 to try out, optional if latching) - Pacifier (Avent ultra soft, optional) - Ruyee oil (or telon oil) - Sterilizer (Haenim, life and time saver, optional) - Towel - Stroller (Keenz air) - Cot (Optional, didn’t use at all) - Diapers (advised to continue using what baby used in hospital, usually Huggies naturemade) - Carrier (Ergobaby Omni mesh 360) Clothings - Swaddles (optional but good to have a few) - Mittens, booties, socks Depending on baby’s weight, standby a few newborn/0-3 clothings, the rest can get 3-6/6mo as they usually outgrow in a month for the smaller sized clothings. Can get handmedowns, don’t need to spam buy. Buy as they grow.
