Shared parent leave

Need some advice. Husband is only eligible for paternity leave if he has worked for 3 months before baby (Singaporean) is born? How about shared parent leave? Can the wife still share the remaining maternity leave (1-4wks) with husband after he starts his new job (after baby is born)? Not sure how long it will take to find a new job #advicepls
