curious (poop& labour)

hi mums i'm now 37 weeks past few 2-3 weeks i found myself to be veryyyy constipated so i decided to increase my water intake, eat more fruits esp papaya and also drank yakult. only around 3 days ago till now i managed to pass motion with ease (not dry stool/ constipated/ passed a bit only) like the stool really comes out easily without me having to use much pressure/ muscle. i also poop at least 3 times a day now..... but now i'm wondering is it bcos of my increase water& fruit intake or my body is just detoxing to prepare myself for labour? is this a sign that labour is really near?? what is the diarrhoea that mums talk about nearing labour? thank you for reading

nothing to do with labour sign, it’s your diet
