Mums what are the most noticeable early pregnancy symptoms other than morning sickness? which week did you start feeling morning sickness? Is it normal pregnant women to experience cramps during first trimester? what are other normal signs?

My symptoms started at week 4, one week before I got a positive test. Tender, sore breasts (EXTREMELY sensitive nipples), and general fatigue - I wanted to sleep in every day even when on vacation, got tired very fast. I didn’t have morning sickness at all. I’m now at 21 weeks.
