DIY. U can buy cloth which is 100% COTTON and ask for 6 metre... cut it into two. And connect them by sewing it.Thats how they do it in the old times... and its better actually... since i did c sect... i have control on how tight i want it to be done at any area. And if you are not sure how to tie it... you ask your massage lady to help you... my massage lady used mine and showed me how to do it.... till now after 3 months of delivery i still wear it.
