White dot at nipple

Hi mummy, I gave birth to my baby 8 month ago. I’m only breastfeeding baby for 1 month , after that I stop due to no breast milk. Recently I realized I’ve white dot at nipple. ? Will it gone if I ignore it ? Please advise . I’m first time mummy .
