Worry need some advise from mummy

Hi mummy, I need some advise. I’m worry, I realized there is white dot on one of my nipple. I gave birth 8 month ago, and breastfeed for only first month because no milk supply. Now I see the white dot Become a bit slight bigger ? Can I know what’s that? Can I poke? Or which type doctor should I see. I’m worry. Can any mummy advise is this normal ?

It sounds like a milk bleb. I’ve never encountered it before but there are suggestions that you can put Epsom salt with warm water and soak in Haakaa a few times a day.. Don’t poke it as there will be a risk of infection.. https://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mother/nipplebleb/
