Finger stiff and painful

Any mummy experiencing stiff and painful fingers, or at night and when woke up in Trim 3? carpal tunnel issue with wrist? Did recover after birth? Thank you!

Stiff finger yes, some days I have it.. I will do movement open close open close for my finger to relief it..

Me! I do. I alwaYs thought it was due to me sleeping on my left

It will recover after birth. For me few weeks after delivery:)
