Menses Return.

Hi mummies, I'm a fully bf mum. I had my first menses when I'm 6 month pp and I'm now 8 month pp. Me and my hub had unprotective intercourse and I missed my menses. I tot I might be pregnant again but I took a test kit shows negative till date I'm 40 days late. Is that normal? Or there are still chances of me getting pregnant?
