Short cervix

Hi mummies.. Im 23 weeks coming to 24 weeks... doc said i have short cervix and has given me hormone pill (insert) and also 1 mth HL to rest at home.. i m so wprried and hope to hear some advise and also encouragement from mummies who have been through this.. hope u will share❤❤tia#firstbaby #pregnancy

hi Nur, i also had short cervix during my pregnancy (detected around 17 weeks). i had weekly jab and on 2 weeks bedrest. Just dont move too much. I only get up when I need to use the toilet. I was already 3 cm dilated at 37 weeks and my doctor said i will be having a quick delivery but surprisingly at 38 weeks there was still no contraction and sign of labor. My doctor scheduled me to deliver during my 38 weeks as I had GD and baby needs to come out by 38 weeks. But still, i need to be induced and spent 13 hours in labor. Try not to worry to much, our cervix might be short but very strong 🙂💪
