Small red dots on tummy bump

Hi mummies/experts, My bump has small red dots but it’s not itchy. Could anyone advise if it’s allergy to the lotion oil or is this normal?

i had them too when i was pregnant. my gynae said if it doesn't itch or if its not hurting then its nothing to worry about. :) but maybe you could try to stop applying your lotion/oil to see if its due to that? be sure to test the products before you use. apply small amount on your ankle or wrist to see if it causes any irritation. don't worry mummy!
