Mummies whose baby has g6pd.. How do u do ur confinement without herbs? Any suggestions for menu? Thank you in advance!

My brother has G6PD and according to my mom, she didn't avoid any foods in particular when she was in confinement but she did limit her soy intake and anything with beans.
