How often replace pump parts

Hi mummies who uses breast pumps, what are the parts that needs to be replaced once in a while and how often ? I have the wearable breastpump. #FTM

I usually replace the valves and silicone rings every 6 months, the rest I replace if I find that it’s not working well for me (using baby express).

I only replaced them when it’s broken (will affect pumping results). I steam sterilised after each use along with the milk bottles.
