Mummies who use steroid cream for LO eczema. Do u continue using the cream till all redness gone? LO skin is better now aft applying the steroid cream and physiogel AI cream but there are some redness still. Am thinking should I contd or stop and jus apply AI cream. There are some brown patches on her arms. Is this normal and will it go away?

I think you can stop using the steroid cream first and just use the AI cream only and monitor the situation? It is never good to use steroid cream on babies for long term. When there is patches and looks dried up the eczema is on the way to healing. In fact after baby heals I will think you can try to move to the normal Physiogel instead of the AI cream for daily moisturizing.
